In these difficult economic times, businesses need to find ways of reducing their costs. Ross Telecom Consultancy can help your business reduce telecom costs.
I set up Ross Telecom Consultancy after leaving BT where I was responsible for designing call tariff packages for business customers. I have a wealth of knowledge and the skills to help your business reduce its telecoms costs, and I may be able to do that without moving supplier.
We offer an audit / review / healthcheck of your telecom contract and bill. This can cover calls, lines, broadband, mobiles and office telephone systems. It will include looking for billing errors and historic overcharging, which may result in receiving compensation from your supplier. You will also have actually saved the amount of the fee before the invoice is submitted.
Worried that this may cost you money? Don't be. We are so confident we can save you money, that, within the Pricing Plan, we offer a "no savings - no fee" option.
Check out our "Services" page for further details of how we can help your business.

Here is a typical testimonial:
The Malcolm Group
We were approached by Iain Ross of Ross Telecom Consultancy with the offer of an audit of our telephony costs.
Having had many such offers from a variety of companies over the years we were on the point of dismissing yet another approach at 'saving you money'. However, when I learned of Iain's background with BT we arranged a meeting where he demonstrated a deep knowledge of BT discount schemes.
Following an analysis of our current call spend, Ross Telecom Consultancy advised us to move from our existing discount package to one more appropriate to our calling patterns (without changing supplier).
This has resulted in significant ongoing cost savings and I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross Telecom's services to other BT corporate customers.

STOP PRESS - 13th May 2014 - BT Price Increase
BT have informed Ofcom today that they are withdrawing the 2.5% annual credit they give to their One Plan customers. The credit has already been reduced from 5% in 2012, now it's being withdrawn completely. The effective price increase is the latest in a series of increases that businesses may not be aware of. If BT is your network supplier, you may be affected. If you would like impartial advice from a former BT Call Price Design Manager, contact Ross Telecom Consultancy Ltd. RTC will carry out a review of your telecom bill and charge a fee based on savings made.
